Brief Introduction

The basic principal of high power factor solid state high frequency welder is that change the 3-phase AC to DC by 3-phase uncontrollable bridge rectifier consist of diode. After filtering of a set of capacitance,become flat current and

voltage, and using the high power switch module IGBT and control its open and close, output DC voltage average

value can be controlled by adjusting the time ratio of open and close if the switching frequency is fixed, this

technology is the pulse width modulation(PWM or chopping technology). Variable width pulse DC produced

by PWM choppingcan provide fast response,reliable and adjustable DC voltage and current to load by reactance

or capacitor filter.It should be noted that our company high power factor DC power supply is different from other

manufacturers, rectifying part adopts SCR instead of uncontrollable diode. Under the normal working condition,

as the same as diode, SCR working at full conduction state, and in case of failure can be quickly turned off, faster

than just cut off contactor or air switch, thereby increasing the reliability and stability of the equipment.
