At present, the production technology of quenching machine tools is very advanced and complex, and the quality requirements for repairers are getting higher and higher, so as to deal with various problems. It is very serious to ask about the deformation of the guide rail of quenching machine tools after quenching. After quenching, all the hardened layers at both ends will be worn away, and it is impossible to grind the guide rail straight, which makes the quality of the guide rail of quenching machine tools unqualified, waste a lot of raw materials, thin the liquid and hardware, and reduce the wear resistance There are three main methods.
① Vibration aging to eliminate internal stress: between the surface quenching step of the guide rail of quenching machine tool and the subsequent grinding process, the vibration aging is to fix the vibration exciter on the lathe bed. The exciting force makes the workpiece resonate, and the lathe bed moves alternately to absorb vibration energy, so that the residual force is well released and the dimensional stability of the lathe bed can be improved.
② Using deformation compensation technology: when the guide rail of quenching machine tool is planed, the two ends of the lathe bed are supported, and the middle part is pressed downwards, so that the lathe bed is deformed downwards. After machining, the pressure is released and the elastic deformation is restored, thus controlling the middle concave of the guide rail.
③ Improving the local connection stiffness between the lathe bed and the guide rail of quenching machine tool is also a very effective treatment method to deal with the deformation of quenching machine tool after quenching.
