Online annealing of welds is widely used in the manufacturing of petroleum transportation pipes and other steel pipes. Online annealing of steel pipe welds is a high-strength steel pipe production process. Through online annealing of welds, welding residual stress, and microstructure, the weld and its heat affected zone have the same microstructure, toughness, and strength properties as the base material.
The steel pipe induction annealing equipment uses the induction heating coil as the main component of the continuous welding pipe machinery, heats the newly welded and quenched weld seam above its critical temperature, and conducts steel pipe weld seam annealing to prevent potential cracks in the weld seam. The resulting fine-grained structure can ensure the production of strong and tough steel pipes that meet all standard specifications.
The complete set of equipment for online annealing of steel pipe welds consists of a thyristor medium frequency power supply, an online annealing inductor/mechanical adjustment mechanism, a switchgear, and a comprehensive operating platform.
1) Single machine power and frequency: 25-3000KW, 400-8000HZ.
2) Thyristor medium frequency power supply: controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, with voltage and current "PI" double loop regulation, and the slot adopts a tuned full film capacitor and a load matched energy-saving insulation transformer.
3) Online annealing sensor/mechanical adjustment mechanism: composed of planar sensors equipped with magnetic conductive materials, mechanical adjustment mechanism, capacitor cabinet, etc.
4) Integrated operation console: with functions such as starting and stopping control of intermediate frequency power supply and temperature control of weld annealing.
