Equipment Introduction
The GGP series solid-state high-frequency power supply adopts modern power electronics (AC-DC-AC) conversion technology, which converts three-phase 50Hz AC power into pulsating DC through rectification units, then converts it into smooth DC through filtering units, and then converts the DC power into single-phase high-frequency AC power (100-600kHz) through inverters and sends it to the matching transformer. The energy is provided by a series resonant circuit composed of Caoluo capacitors, inductors, etc. The inductor transfers the energy to the workpiece through non-contact means to achieve the purpose of induction heating. The power supply uses MOSFET modules as the core components of the inverter, and both the rectifier and inverter units use microcontrollers as the core control devices. It has stable and reliable circuits, simple operation, and convenient debugging.
Mainly used for welding various types of straight seam steel pipes such as low-carbon steel, high-strength steel, and alloy steel.
