Equipment Introduction:

       Basic principle of solid-state high-frequency: Ordinary three-phase AC power is reduced by a transformer, enters the rectifier cabinet, undergoes rectification, voltage regulation, and filtering, and becomes continuously adjustable DC power. It then enters the inverter bridge (the main power component uses high-power transistor MOSFET) to become high-frequency current, which can be supplied to the load slot for induction heating. The inverter slot power unit adopts a modular structure, and each pair of power units can output more than 50KW. The number of power units used varies depending on the power of the equipment. The slot is a series parallel hybrid resonant form, without high voltage and output transformer.

       Mainly used for welding various types of straight seam steel pipes such as low-carbon steel, high-strength steel, and alloy steel.
