Equipment introduction：
Basic principle of solid-state high frequency: after being stepped down by transformer, ordinary three-phase alternating current enters the rectifier cabinet, undergoes rectification, voltage regulation and filtering, and then becomes continuously adjustable direct current, and then enters the inverter bridge (the main power element adopts high-power transistor MOSFET) and becomes high-frequency current, which can be used for induction heating by supplying it to the load channel. Inverter tank power units adopt modular structure, and each pair of power units can output more than 50KW. The number of power units used is different with different equipment power. The tank circuit is in the form of series-parallel series resonance, without high voltage and output transformer.Scope of application：
Mainly used for welding low carbon steel, high strength steel, alloy steel and other straight seam steel pipes.
